Joe Leonard is one of the founding Members of Oakmont Capital Services. His primary function is to oversee Oakmont's strategic direction, ensuring its sustained growth and maintaining the industry's highest ethical and performance standards. After graduating from Penn State University, Joe has had an extensive and varied business experience ranging from commercial financing to consumable goods and services. In addition to Oakmont Capital Services, Joe has founded and operated several companies, including a bauxite mine, a packaging company, and a spring water bottling company.   

Joe has been an active member of the equipment finance industry for over 25 years and is passionate about giving back. He is a hands-on member of the Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP) Foundation, serving on the board since January 2019. In addition, Joe participates with several CLFP Committees and has served as an instructor for the CLFP exam. He was also a former National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA) board member, with tenure from October 2016 to June 2018.
